Refund and Cancellations Policy

Am I able to get a refund?

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return within the initial 30 day period, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.

To complete your refund we require a proof of purchase, and for gift vouchers we may require the physical voucher.

If my voucher isn’t suitable for me, can I gift it on to someone else?

Of course, our vouchers are non-name specific right up until the experience has been booked.

Once an experience has been booked however, it is non-transferable. If you have made a booking, contact us directly to see if someone else can attend in your place.

Cancellation of any booking after the initial 30 day period and up to 10 working days prior to the event may qualify for a refund of upto 80% if a replacement can be found for the booking. Cancellation within 10 working days of the event will not qualify for any refund as it is normally too difficult to fill a space with such short notice.


Once your return (request) is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item (or refund request). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
